When will ___ be restocked?
Restock time varies on which plush and how long they take to produce. I try to restock popular items more often but sometimes I have to spend time making new designs and the less popular, but still consistent sellers. If a plush says its Sold Out or Coming Soon on the shop. It will be back sooner then later, and there may be a restock date in the listing description.
Do you take custom orders/commissions?
Sorry, I do not take any custom orders. I keep a long list of my own original designs I want to make. Between my plushies and life in general I just don't have the extra time!
Can I suggest a new color or moth species?
Yes! You're welcome to let me know if there's a color you'd like to see or a moth species I haven't made yet. However, no promises that it will make it to the shop but I will note it down. It may already be on my list and I just haven't got there yet!
How long will it take to receive my plush?
For US orders, usually within 1-2 weeks of you placing your order. Orders are shipped within 3-7 days of you placing your order. All our items are made and READY TO SHIP so they'll be packed and shipped out swiftly. All US orders are shipped with Priority Mail and tracking. Priority Mail usually only takes 2-4 days once the item is mailed out. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your item has shipped. But please me mindful of potential delays. I do NOT gurantee shipping timelines. Your patience is very appreciated.
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns. Please be certain you want the item before checking out.
Will you refund an order?
I will refund orders if you contact me before the item(s) has shipped out. Since my items are already made, sometimes I am able to ship them out the next day. So you'll need to contact me right away if you mistakenly ordered something. Once an item has shipped I will NOT refund the order. I am not responsible for shipping delays. If there's an issue with the item when you receive it, let me know.
Do you take International Orders?
